When I set up progmars in corporations to help people stop smoking sometimes the companies want to pay for the progmars for the smokers to quit smoking.I always urge them not to pay for the whole thing because when the smokers don't have to pay anything for the program the smokers have no "skin in the game" and think of the program as worthless!Thank you Rob for reminding me of this! |
